In 2018 we purchased an older home in need of repair from top to bottom. Sukeforth builders and its subcontractors removed and replaced rotting gutters and facia, put on a new roof, rebuilt chimneys, repaired and replaced rotting clapboard, built two new bathrooms, refinished 2500 sq. ft of wood floors, and completely repainted the interior. All this was done while we were at home in Philadelphia. Lew kept us up to date with photos of the work and detail. Lew listened carefully and clearly presented the options for repairs. His company works to a high standard of quality and all his staff do their best get the job done to the clients satisfaction. We were so pleased with our initial experience that we continued to work with him in 2019 on window replacement.
