Hired for a total remodel from out of state. When we moved into the house, several areas of the project were incomplete and nearly every aspect of the project had subpar work and deficiencies in the finish-outs. Electrical issues, hazardous fixtures hung incorrectly, paint not properly administered, doors hung with half-inch screws, other fixtures that did not match the bid, and the list goes on. Then, after slowly fading away in communication (without finishing all the work or repairing incorrect and damaging aspects of the job) they send us a demand letter from an attorney for significantly more than the final bid amount. For work that was never completed unprofessional random sub-crews and managed by the owner/ GC. Avoid the plague.

It was a small job converting a closet into a half bath but Bret got started right away. All the subs were great! Good coordination, communication. It looks wonderful! There were plumbing challenges because the house was built in 1944 but the plumber worked it all out in short order!

Job may take some time to complete, but the results are good.

Very efficient, showed up on time, explained in details the job that was being done. Listened to what I wanted and honest if what I wanted couldn't be done are if it wasn't feasible and gave me an alternative.

If you want a wonderful contractor who listens to you, makes suggestions to help, is honest and works within your budget hire Sullins const. I started a very minor repair with Brett and ended up doing a major remodel- flooring, kitchen, and new siding for entire outside. Brett did a wonderful job, and is still responding and helping 6 months after completion. You can't hire anyone better,

1. Has no employees, only subcontractors who work numerous other projects simultaneously. 2. Does not give a realistic timeframe for completion or for arrival and hours worked per day. 3. Very disorganized, no project management, and does not clean up daily. 4. Disrespectful of property - constantly leaves doors open. 5. Twice the cost of other contractors and original quote.

Brett had my garage ceiling demolition and replaced with attic decking, new outlets and new garage door done in four days! The quality of the work was outstanding and the customer communication was excellent! I would highly recommend him for your construction needs.

Extremely quick response to my framing needs. Crew was outstanding. Working with the contractor was a breeze.

It was difficult to get the quality work from a contractor, so it required constant supervision. Gates were installed too tight. Project took longer than expected.
