Sullivan Construction

Sullivan Construction is an excellent company to contract if you want quality work with verifiable pricing. I wanted a multifunction building that could be a garage, barn and playroom. Mike truly exceeded my expectations. Change Orders (which were additions I wanted) where fair and reasonable and, again, pricing verifiable. His crews produced quality workmanship. Mike was available when I wanted to discuss additions I desired. The Shacteau, as we call it, is beautiful and multifunctional. Would I recommend the "Mikes" of Sullivan Construction to others? Well, I already have!

We contacted Mike Sullivan, met with him and found he had a new partner, Mike Huetter. One or the other of Mike 1 and Mike 2 was here nearly every day, whether it be to do something or to just check on things. We had a 30 x 70 shop added to an existing 3 car garage. Trees were removed, dirt brought in and packed, cement poured, frame built, Hardiplank siding put up, painting to match existing paint on garage and house, roofing to match existing roofing, shop lights and regular lights installed. An office was walled off and contains a small bathroom with a shower. New circuit panel put in just for the shop, many 110 outlets and some 220 outlets installed. Everything we asked for was done in a professional manner. Sometimes things were done we didn't specifically ask for, but they did them for the betterment of the job. Every person here was efficient. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them. The price was acceptable and the work excellent.

The Mikes (as they came to be known in our home) were great. Their crew was professional and very efficient. In addition the roofing, we had our siding replaced and painted. We also had our back patio rebuilt. The project was completed to our total satisfaction and slightly ahead of schedule. For any future projects, Sullivan Construction will be one of the first we request a quote from, and given our very good experience will be the company to beat. I have recommended Sullivan Construction to 2 friends already and have done so with no reservations.

I discovered an issue several months after the job had been performed, so I called Mike and he came out and solved the issue without any problem. This is one of the things I liked about their service, that is, that they are willing to follow up even if the project has been completed for some time.

Mike Sullivan was an excellent contractor and very down to earth. He worked with us and gave us the best price for all our repairs to our home. He worked closely with Mission Tile for our repairs and tile to the kitchen and bathrooms and the tile was beautiful. He was very prompt and responsive to our emails and phone calls and very reliable coming to the house and checking on the progress. He went above and beyond on extras we needed to the house. I would definitely highly recommend Sullivan Construction on any home repairs.

Mike Sullivan is very friendly and worked within my budget without skimping on quality. Would have been done in a more timely manner but had a set back due to termites and black mold. He uses quality subcontractors for every aspect of the job.
