Typically when you have a driveway sealed they spray on the finish which doesn't last long. The Sullivan crew edged the grass along the driveway, cleaned it well and then squeegee the product on. It took them about 4 hr in all to complete. The product was better and the driveway looks so much better!

The whole experience was done perfect. We cannot fault anything. We tried to get this job done with other contractors and were treated awful. We highly recommend Sullivan Contracting, and would hire them again in the future.

Signed a contract to have new siding installed on my house and provided a $1,000 down-payment on or around June 12th, 2021. Was told they would try to start at the beginning of that July, but might be closer to middle of July. Had not heard from them by late July / early August 2021, so I reached out. Initially it seemed like they had never heard of the project, and I had to scan the contract we had signed along with the receipt for the down payment. It felt like they strung me along until the job was FINALLY done at the end of September. It is a small house too so once they finally started, they were done a week or two later. I think their copy of the contract was lost in the shuffle or something and instead of immediately rectifying the situation, they put me at the back of their list when I reached out to see what is up, hence the long delay before they even started. Also, they bent my gutters when they took them down before starting the job, and when they were done, the yard / driveway were a mess, I had to pick up a lot of tiny pieces of plastic and nails.

They did our siding and fixed my driveway . The owner explained everything and there were no surprises . I asked to see his insurance and license information which he provided . No mess was left on my property . The crew was very polite and the owner offered financial options! One job was zero money down and a low interest rate so it worked for me . Donâ t know if he still offers financial options , but he worked with me on pricing as well . I thought he was fair . Quality products too .

This company did a great job. George the owner was very friendly and easy to work with and made sure they delivered. Great crew and foreman. Overall roofing isnâ  t fun to get done but the guys did everything they could to make the process smooth.

This is the second roof I have had done in my lifetime. They came out and gave me a excellent quote. The owner George was very thorough. I was impressed from the estimate to the actual process. The crew was incredible and worked very hard and at the end of the job they did a great cleanup as promised. I will be hiring them again for some other work this spring !!!

In late January, 2021 I had a new roof installed as well as a skylight installation at a cost of $13,100. The work was performed to my satisfaction with one problem. When George Sullivan called to make sure I was happy with the job I voiced a concern that the shingles at the edge of the roof were not laying flat. He explained that they were cold and when the weather warmed they would flatten. In March they were still not flat and on closer inspection I discovered the gutter screens had been tucked up under the shingles! After months of making innumerable calls they finally sent someone to fix the problem however the fix was not completed and now after many calls I cannot get a return call. The person who answers the phone is always polite but she can only pass my message on to George Sullivan. She can't force him to respond. I am beyond frustrated.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. From 1st contact and estimate to finish the total job. There were many challenges with the world situation and materials, unexpected work needing to be done and their own vehicle breakdowns, it did not deter them. They finished in our agreed timeframe to fit around my vacation week. I will definitely be hiring them for more projects and recommending them to others.

My husband and I were very happy with the job this company did on our roof and shed roof. When the shed roof was being replace there was some frame work that had to be repaired. I was really impressed with how it turned out. We would definitely use them again for future projects we want done.

I love it and they do not require a large amount for a deposit, you pay them after the job is done after doing a walkthrough with the owner. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done.

I was extremely happy with the work done. They replaced my entire roof in 1 day,including replacing 6 sheets of plywood and fixing the chimney. Fantastic!

George is super friendly and knowledgeable and the team came in and got it done! They cleaned up every scrap of material, raked the flower beds, and left the yard neater than when they arrived. Highly recommend!!
