Had Tim put a roof on a couple years ago. I sued his insurance and got my money back because his workers did a really poor job. It leaked within months and new roofer had to replace a foot of wood along the entire back of my home. My home is actually quieter now. He lied to me more than once. Beware.

Best contractor I have hired in a long time. Showed up when they said they would, and did a good job. Ended up reducing the job scope slightly as my chimney did not need new flashing like I thought and they took the cost off the final invoice. Tim the owner is very responsive. I asked the crew to do few specific things (remove an old satellite dish, move vehicles for a delivery, etc) and they were happy to oblige.

Project was fairly priced and the start was timely. Crew was efficient and kept the area around the house cleaned up as they moved around the roof. Project was done on time. Replace roof boards as needed. One year later the roof still looks like new. Would definitely recommend them.

A great group of workers. Hard working, smiled throughout the day, very polite, conscientious of protecting your deck, plants, lawn, etc. They did a nice job cleaning up everyday. We have some tricky areas on the backside of the house which they handled well. Finally, they went above and beyond removing our gutters, old satellite dishes, and successfully lined up our active dish. I would highly recommend Sullivan Roofing again. They did a fantastic job!

Got the work done but made mistakes so not the best job and don't try getting him to come back on repairs. Once the job is finished if you have problems with the roof later you can't get him back to make the repairs.

Sullivan Roofing did an fantastic job, very professional, especially coming in just after a big snow fall and working while it was still pretty cold (without anyone asking I did clear a perimeter around the house of snow), hard working crew, they cleaned up very well after!

They did a great job under difficult circumstances. House is 150 years old, warped twisted and NO square angles anywhere. Big snow storm in middle of job. The crew worked very hard and handled everything with expertise. Cleaned up as they worked. I have NO complaints.

Tim and the three guys on his crew were great. I contracted with Tim for new roofs on both the house and garage in May before closing on my Freeport house in July. Tim stuck with me even though my close date got pushed back several times. It was raining the day the job started (Tim said they'd start at 7 a.m. but they arrived at 6:50), but the crew did as much as they could before the rain stopped. After completing the job early on the second day, the crew also did a very thorough cleanup. And Tim's quote was very competitive compared to the three others I obtained.

Tim explained what his crew would do, such as replacing any rooted roof boards, adding flashing for the chimney, the 'eyebrows' on the front side of the house, roof vent, etc. His crew came on schedule and worked professionally. They periodically cleaned up debris and put it in a trailer to be hauled away when the job was complete, and whenever any one need to drive out of the driveway, the crew first would sweep the driveway to make sure no stray roofing nails had fallen on it. My whole family was impressed by their work ethic and careful attention to detail.

Tim Sullivan and his crew did a great job. We discussed what needed to be done, what would be done and when it would be done. They reflashed my chiminey, but a new boot on the pipe and installed a new vent. His crew did a great job on the installation of the roof and cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Tim Sullivan to my neighbors, friends and family. It was definintely worth the investment.

We want to thank Tim and his crew for an excellent job. We discovered the previous contractor had left a layer of shingles on the back roof and in my effort to stop a water leak around the chimney using roofing caulking the lead on the chimney had to be replaced. Tim and his crew resolved these problems. We were very pleased with the price and the prompt service. Thank you.
