Save yourself some major grief and DO NOT use this company. Josh Sullivan and his brother Jacob attempted to install a shower panel in my master bath... One that I was told to buy because it did not require breaking through any walls to hook up. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours to take my existing shower head out, replacing it with the panel, which includes multiple jets. Over an hour into the job, I was told they would have to break through my wall. Basically because they never understood the hookup. When all was said and done, the installation was improper and was installed 18 inches too high. Meanwhile, they were trying to get me to pay for the sheet rocker for a wall I was told they would not need to break into. Eventually, they hired a sheet rocker, agreed to pay him, then ghosted him when it came time to pay him. In the meantime, I received a text from Josh saying he wanted to fix the improper installation and make it right. He set up an 8 A.M. appointment with me, then was a no-show, and subsequently refused to return any phone calls or texts. He has never paid the sheet rocker, who is now reporting this company for fraud. I now have a shower panel which cannot be used because the jets hit me either over my head or in my eyes. I am suing them for their shoddy work, for which they were paid in full, and charged me $150 an hour for 3+ hours. These folks, in business for one year, have a registered owner listed as Stephanie Sullivan, the wife of Jacob Sullivan, one of the brother partners. Incompetent and unethical. I now need to call in and pay for someone to correct the mess they made.

Extremely friendly service. I truly appreciated the prompt and regular communication from them, which has been a problem in the past with others. Quality of work was good. Will definitely contact for any future plumbing needs.

I had one of those Saturday morning type of emergenciesâ ¦. They responded immediately and solved the issue within few hours. Left the work area clean and neat.. Professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again.

Josh is a hard worker He knows is plumbing and installed my tankless hot water heater for me

the plumber, josh Sullivan, was prompt in arriving when he said he would be at my home and went directly to work. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. After repairing the problem in a professional manner he went a step future and removed plant debris which had caused the problem. His thoughtful and professional manner led me to believe I have found an honest plumber. ,

Josh came out to install a new garbage disposal. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I have been searching for an honest plumber that won't take advantage of me, so he was and EXCELLENT find!

We contacted Sullivan and Son to install a laundry sink. We were able to get a service appointment within 24 hours, and the work was done quickly, competently, and professionally. We will not hesitate to call them the next time we need a plumber.
