Chris Sullivan is by far the most professional repairman I had the pleasure of working with while he was doing repairs in my investment property in Fayetteville, NC. He took the time to explain every project and provided input various options for each one and the difference in time and money that it was going to entail. He was honest and extremely punctual with all the work that was done throughout the house. When I say a lot, it was ALOT!! Chris did repairs/improvements in my garage, kitchen, bedrooms, patio, bathrooms, and as well as landscaping. He even was able to do custom workings like retro-fitting my drop-in stove for a slide-in stove and cut the countertops enough so it looked sleek with no repair ever even being doing. (My favorite project outcome). And you cannot get better rates for pricing anywhere else. I was exceptionally surprised at my bill totals and feel like a true winner having run into Chris as my home improvement guy. I have two rental properties currently and DO plan on having Chris make my repairs for these properties was they become vacant. You will definitely not be disappointed in the work that Chris Sullivan provides.
