Very good price compared to larger plumbing companies. Terry was very easy to work with after some hiccups related to my homes plumbing being very old. Had 2 hose bibs replaced outdoors and a valve replaced for 1 of them.

Repaired leaking faucet, cleared bathroom sink drain, and replaced old metal pipes under 2 sinks. Thorough, professional, and reasonable.

Terry did an excellent job for us. We initially hired him to replace a piece of drywall in a ceiling. We were waiting for an estimate to have a patch on our roof at the same time. While Terry was here he looked at the roof and gave us an estimate on that job as well. He ended up patching the roof and replacing the drywall on the same day. He price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. In addition, Terry thoroughly cleaned the area after he was finished. We would highly recommend him for any job.

Terry Sullivan was called for tree removal, however ended up bidding for the Down spout Drain project, which was not defined here properly. He gave a very competitive quote, good engineering and quality work. We had some problems with shcheduling, however I would attribute it to the nature of outdoor work, so weather dependent. We faced some issues while excecuting the work, however Teryy was able to find a solution to it and move forward. I would recomend him any time.

They responded promptly to our call, they said they would come at 1.00 but they came at 3.00, but they immediately set to work and finished installation within an hour.

The work hasn't commenced yet, but based on a couple of other odd projects we need done, we've selected Sullivan because of breadth of services offered.
