Sullivan's Roofing Repairs

Having used a previous roofer who did not repair my roof correctly, I used Home Advisor to find Sullivans Roofing Repairs. They were very professional , investigating the problem and explaining the solution. The cost of service was more than I expected but they corrected the problem. I would call them again.

Very courteous. Explained everything to me. Satisfactorily answered all of my questions. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and knew exactly what to do to fix the leak problem. Would definitely use him again.

They called first, showed up for estimate and work on time, and cleaned up well. They also added 15%to the bill!

They respond very quickly to your question. They show up when they’re supposed to and they get the job done quickly

Double check their quotes for added charges. The company fixed the quotes quickly, but they quoted one charge and sent a bill for double. Had to double check their work. They were hired to fix the roofing eaves even though it was in the quote. They fixed one side and didn’t do the other until I checked their work and reminded them. Also, they were hired to fix my gutter spout and they did not until I pointed it to them about that as well. Work was good just they seemed in such a rush.

I highly recommend Sullivan’s. They showed pictures of the problem areas and offered affordable solutions. Repairs were done promptly and evidenced by additional pictures. The repairs are backed by a 1 yr guarantee.

Although not the lowest estimated price that I received, I chose to work with this company because I really liked how prompt they were at taking my call. In addition, they were on time for both the estimate and work appointments. One thing that really made them stick out from others was that with the initial estimate they were on my roof and took pictures of the issues so that when we reviewed what work needed to be done, we had a picture to look at together. In addition, I liked that I was given three choices for the repair which involved different options on how to solve the problem along with three different price points.
