Was a great having someone who attended to the 5ask in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

Project consisted of replacing ceilings and all four walls in two rooms and adjoining walls in other rooms as well as several partial walls and ceilings. They worked under incredibly tight time lines with a very aggressive coop board breathing down their backs. The finished work product was excellent.

I hired Sully Construction to do the LEAD ABATEMENT for HPD violation removal. Quick responded, reasonably priced, showed up and finished the project on time. The manager is knowledgeable about the violation removal process and provided the required paperwork in a timely manner.

I was originally planning to redo my roof, but then I had done an asbestos inspection and found out I had asbestos. After connecting with Sully Construction Corp, they were able to do the asbestos removal very professionally. It was 15-20% cheaper than other quotes, 10/10 would recommend

**FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AVOID THIS COMPANY** Sully Construction improperly performed asbestos abatement in my home, leaving hazardous debris on the work site and asbestos dust in my kitchen and throughout the house. He lied about the work that was carried out and offered me false guarantees that the dust and debris left behind were non-hazardous, including by putting me in touch with someone he falsely claimed was the D.E.P. inspector who oversaw the project. (The D.E.P. told me that no inspector had been on site.) Samples I had tested after the job, through an independent lab, showed asbestos debris and dust throughout the work site and in my kitchen. An expert who came to review the work done said that this was the sloppiest, most unprofessional asbestos-removal job theyd ever seen in their career. Sullys dishonesty and disregard for asbestos regulations put the safety of my family at risk. I wouldnt want him to repeat the same thing in other peoples homes. FIND ANOTHER ABATEMENT COMPANY!!!

Got quotes elsewhere for 3 days of work and 50% more and Sully and his team did a great job in one morning for way less. Very impressed.

Sully Construction did an excellent job: prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and they left everything very clean. They communicated well and explained everything completely. We are pleased and can recommend them highly.
