Cleaned a vacant 2Bdr: There was broken glass in dishwasher, Tub hadn't been touched, cabinets were not wiped out, Floor looked like they moved around a dirty mop. And there were 3 of them!

Overall good value for money though I used them only for move out cleaning. They were available the next day itself , came promptly for service and got done really fast. The kitchen cleanup was impeccable, the bathroom done well, carpets and floor done well too. They did leave the garage partially undone which I thought was part of the service. Perhaps I did not communicate clearly. Anyway, they did a great job.

Sulma and her team were wonderful. They were very communicative at the time of scheduling and sending texts with their ETA so I was prepared for their arrival. They were very sweet and very hard working. The house has never smelled and looked so good, my husband even noticed as soon as he walked into the house. They cleaned every nook and cranny, places we often forget about. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Sulma is an extremely kind soul who was on time and she and her team did an excellent job cleaning my home!! I would recommend her to all my friends and family! And very reasonable pricing!

Sulma’s crew were very professional. Even though the house is 6,000 square feet they were very meticulous and they did a great job . I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning. They are a small family business and have the best rates compared to other companies. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs the best quality service .

Sulma was very nice and organized, but one of her team was upstairs cleaning the bathroom while I was able to see her. She literally shook out the rugs from the bathroom 6 feet from me!!!. Please relay to Sulma--she would have gotten 5 stars if not for that. Cathy

I spoke with Sulma on a Tuesday and she was able to have her team to my house on that Friday. We had the cleaning of our house from a post construction where we had been out of our house for 3 months. They focused on all of the areas I requested and the house looked great. Wonderful customer service.

Sulma's services were great. Only thing that needs adjustment were my blinds. They were still a little dusty.

RUN!!!! RUN!!!! RUN!!! they are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I have a 5 bedroom house and they only dropped off ONE person to clean it when I used to have 3 in my previous house!! They did a HORRIBLE job: - vacuum half of each rugs - showers still had traces of shampoo everywhere - the corners of rooms were not vacuumed - they did not vacuumed under couches -bathrooms and kitchen counters still had dried soap on them. When I complained to Selma about all that, she asked me where was the TIPS and when I said there will be none because of the poor work done, she left and SLAMED the door! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! S.

SULMA WAS DISHOUNEST AND DID NOT DELIVER WHAT SHE HAD PROMISE AT ALL. She called to confirm the first meeting for estimate, we reschedule, I confirmed the time with her. She was 2 hours late, and stated , oh, sory i wrote the time wrong. Anyway she did look around, I just wanted part of the house that is being used to be cleaned and stated at first service she would do deep cleaning the whole house, and do the partial from next week. She gave me an estimate of 8 hours. The group came on the day of appointment. I had to ask them several times to clean the different areas that they said they were done with. Long story short. They were out of the house in less then 2 hours, Sulma had stimated 8 hours. I promise you could not tell that anyone had been cleaning. I offered my assistant several times and they said they were good. Sulma was DISHONEST andDID NOT DELIVER ANY OF THE THINGS SHE HAd PROMISE.

Cleaned house from top to bottom. On time and nicely done! Would hire again!!

They are fast and finished the two level in 45min. but my house is totally clutter free. Although I put the size of my house in the request. They negotiated to try to either skip some work or add money ! only one person speaks english and the other three workers don't. this did not bother me as long as they do the work.
