This company is straight forward and do not try to get over on you, their prices are very comparable with other companies. The owner comes out to inspect the work before they ask for the payment, and he makes sure that youâ re satisfied.

I hired StarPro to repair leaks in my roof. I was told they would be out Monday, Oct. 5th, but it was raining so they rescheduled until Tuesday, Oct. 6th. No one came out on the 6th, and no one called me to explain/apologize for the change. I called the next morning (Oct. 7th) to tell the owner (?) what had happened. He said the employee that was going to do the job should have called me, and he would call him to see what happened. About 4 hours later, the employee called me to say he was sorry about what happened, but he would be here on Thursday, Oct, 8th. He did show up at 8 AM and worked all day on the roof. Not too sure anyone there knows what the other is doing. I would not hire them again.

Richard checked on the quality of work and what his crew was working on every day. They also took extra care to make sure there were no nails or any debris dropped from the roofs on ground since i have horses and animals. I am very happy with the work they did!
