If possible I would give Bruce and his team 100 stars! They worked tirelessly last week in 100 plus heat. The deck looks amazing...absolutely no issues and even with a last minute steps revision it was done in a timely fashion. Highly highly recommmend Summerhill construction! Now I need to find more projects for them to do😀😀

Our experience with Summerhill Construction was nothing but the best. Our completely new bathroom turned out exactly as we wanted. Bruce and his team took our plans and made it real. Their workmanship is great and they really paid attention to details. They were clean, neat and very pleasant to work with. We look forward to working with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Bruce Sanders and his Summerhill Contracting team are real pros ! He got me the best deal on purchases and installed everything according to our contract.. and he's a stickler for details and did not rest until every single item was perfect. In addition to the kitchen, he also remodeled a bathroom and a room. He also has many contacts and was able to recommend a fabulous floor refinisher. We're very satisfied customers !

My bathroom was like a dank, musty basement. It has been like that for the last 5 years. It wasn't modern, when we brought the house. It just got worse. Bruce came in and used his wand and just like that, it is transformed. It is beautiful and luxurious. I absolutely recommend Summerhill. It wasn't an easy job but they did it. He gets right back to you when you call with questions. They were very professional, no nonsense crew.

I hired Summerhill to remodel my kitchen - everything except the cabinets was replaced. Bruce was quick to contact me and come over to give me a quote. He responded within a day or so to my MANY emailed questions. He gave me a tentative start date and contacted me when that changed. Once the project started, he was here promptly every morning until the kitchen was completed. I was most concerned about the installation of a glass subway tile back splash, (because I had a bad experience with a different company installing tile in my bathroom) but he did an amazing job. Other aspects of the renovation included a laminate floor and installation of new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. He added new baseboards, and casing around two doorways, and painted the portion of the room that wasn't tiled. When I requested a change - I felt the doorway needed a wider casing - he promptly got the new material and installed. He also installed two new light fixtures. The kitchen was cleaned up each night before they left. I would definitely use this company again.

We were so happy with their work the first time, and we have been recommending them to others since. We have hired them for the second project to get the full bathroom re-done and did a wonderful job. Extremely clean and is very trustworthy.
