The quality of the work done in our bathroom was very inconsistent. Took way too long to finish project and the fine work left alot to be desired(paint runners, shabby sanding job, left things undone). We settled account and are finishing up ourselves. Not what we expected from a socalled "professional" .

Replaced my existing deck. Did a good job at a reasonable price in the time frame that he promised. Was easy to work with. Flexible in his approach. Changed things that I did not like and made it right. Would highly recommend.

Summit Building did a great job with our kitchen. He completed everything we asked him to do on time and followed up on items that needed to be done for a higher quality job. Many parts of the job had to be changed because of the original design of the house. So Summit adapted creative ways to deal with the internal structural problems and fixed them accordingly. I found Mr. Lehman to have a great deal of pride and integrety with the entire job and a person of his word. Thank you for a wonderful looking kitchen.

Contractor proposed an appropriately priced bid. However, missed original deadline and consistently missed extended deadline(s). Work was shoddy and messy and Contractor was disorganized and forgetful.
