I hired Summit Services to clean my home and had a really bad experience: 1) One of the maids removed a plastic piece from the faucet of my upstairs bathroom, which prevented water from being diverted to the shower. Rather then tell me about the mistake, she left without saying anything. I discovered the issue soon after she left and had to waste my time calling the company to complain. They quickly responded by sending a handyman, but there is no excuse for the maid not telling me so it could have been fixed without all of the hassle. 2) I asked the other maid to remove and replace my bedsheets with clean sheets, and to add a mattress pad. The next day I noticed that the bottom sheet was missing while washing the dirty sheets, and then contacted the company yet again trying to resolve the issue. The company insisted that she had removed the sheet and asked me to check again, so I did: Rather than remove all of the sheets like I had asked, she left the bottom sheet on the bed and put the pad and the other clean sheets on top without telling me. I then had to waste my time remaking the bed. When I let Summit Cleaning know, and cancelled future services due to these issues, the customer service manager basically called me a liar by insisting that her maid had actually handled everything correctly!! Unbelievable response given the overall circumstances. I have had used the same maid service at my home in Texas for over 12 years and have never experienced these kinds of issues with them. Based on these experiences, and especially Summit Cleaning response, I would not recommend them.
