Established in 1996, Summit Design and Build has been doing just that for almost 10 years. We have helped 100's of customers with their project needs. Our design service helps you save money by illustrating specific home or improvement plans that suit your budget and needs. Two factors we consider when creating a plan for you are Quality and Budget. Everyone's budget is different. We carefully choose the right style, technique and materials based on each budget. We are well prepared to build basic homes or dream homes. We keep our operation small so we can devote our complete attention to one project at a time. Our craftsmen are well educated, and experienced profesionals, prepared to manage any size or type of project. We believe a successful business is built one customer at a time. "This contractor hired us for a renovation at in Larchmont NY. The Project was a true challenge as the budget did not reflect the work that was requested of us as the project progressed. Most challenging was the foundation they poured that was 6+ inches out of square. We did our best to accommodate everyone and every request with the fees we were able to collect."
