Excellent experience from beginning to end

All questions were answered, there was always someone to talk to throughout the process, installation was on time and clean and professional. Don, our salesman, Laura, our contact person, and Jack , our foreman and his crew were all top notch! I would suggest them all!

Summit Energy was great to work with. From Molly our sales coordinator, to Jack, our installation foreman, and Stacy our project manager. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and great at communicating. We were able to get our solar panels installed and operational in just six weeks!

We recently used Summit Energy for our roof and will soon be using them for our solar install as well. I could not be more pleased with every step of this process so far. I have had several different solar companies give us quotes over the past few years as we have always wanted to go solar. With every company that came into my home (and there were four!) I got more and more deflated. It was the high pressure sell, the 30 minute assessment that turns into a 2 hour appt and then your having to say anything you can to just get them to leave. It had me really thinking there werenâ t any good, honest companies out there doing solar. Well, I decided I was taking the wrong approach and instead of looking at advertisements and responding to cold calls, I decided to look at consumer reviews, plus I wanted to look for a local company with a local team, not subcontractors. I started at the Better Business Bureau and there was one clear winner and it was Summit Energy. They responded promptly and our sales person, Chad, felt more like an educator and there was no pressure at all. Their communication and follow through were superior and they really took the time help us decide on owning versus leasing. Feeling confident with everyone at Summit, we signed the deal, and things have been moving along quite well. Last week they replaced our roof in preparation for the solar panels, and the team led by Brien was by far one of the most professional we have dealt with in many years of home projects. They looked after our property like it was their own, protecting our shrubs/trees, and they were so respectful in every way with us as well as the neighbors. The finished product is amazing and we couldnâ t be more pleased, and now we are SUPER excited for the solar panel installation. Donâ t waste your time with the other companies, start with Summit!

Summit Energy, especially Dallin, and the whole team were a joy to work with! I researched in depth many companies before deciding on Summit Energy. Not only did they work and rework the solar configuration on my home so that we could maximize the benefit of the panels, but they were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Even going so far as to set up a meeting with the engineering team to address some concerns I had with the weight of the system on a pretty flat roof (which was negligible in my case). We also had an issue with the roofer I had hired to do the roof prior to the install of the panels, and Summit was there with their team to make it right and keep us moving forward! I cannot recommend them enough!

I very highly recommend Summit Solar. Don t believe the negative reviews about who they work with as they are not responsible for delays with their partners. The best way to go is get a loan through one of their lenders for the most benefit. Greg is an excellent honest salesman and explained they will use the highest end producing panels available as recommended by their engineer for my small roof and it produced 100% offset in my power usage. After the whole project was successful without any issue they submit your application to MA SMART to reap the most benefits. The federal government and state government tax credits combined with MA SMART program combined with Summits water tight installation service, high end system and backed by an excellent warranty really is why you should go with Summit. They quoted me competitively in cost to other competitors and their system was more high end than the competition.

Summit Solar contracts with Vivint Solar - The worst company We have ever dealt with 14 months and still not connected!
