They did an excellent job. They showed up when they said they would. We were to have attic insulation one day and crawl space the next, but the crawl space people finished another job early and came and did the crawl space insulation.

We had a crawlspace encapsulation with mold amelioration and a dehumidifier installed. The whole process was quick and was able to be scheduled in an expedited manner. They even did extra work when they noticed a family of mice had moved in and removed them and added better screening to keep future mice out.

Other workers who have seen our lined cellar are impressed and want to know who did the job.

Never came back to finish the project. Called many times.

About two years ago, I hired Summit to install roof installation, and to help control rodents/roaches. During this time, there seemed to be a lot of employee turnover, and I think that it was changing it's 'business model' to be commission based. Communication/scheduling was average, and I received several bills months after the account was closed. (maybe they were introducing a new billing system)

Highly trained and experienced. They communicated well. Showed up on time and took care of the problem.

They did an excellent job blowing insulation into my attic. No mess and R39 made a huge difference in the winter.

On 12/20/17, I signed a contract with Summit for squirrel trapping and damage repair on my home. I chose this business because I found Tim trustworthy; they get two stars because of my interactions with him and the trapping service he provided. From when trapping began after Christmas through the eventual completion of repairs on 2/13/18, I had several less than positive interactions and communication with this business. Most involved the numerous invoices being sent despite the contact not being completed as signed and the ignoring of my requests. As a result, I quickly began to lose confidence in summit and question the quality of service being provided. I requested photos of all completed repairs as Tim had provided me “before” photos of the damage caused. After receiving a door knocker dated 2/13/18 staying the repairs were complete, I again contacted Summit regarding the requested photos and my account; they hadn’t even told me they would be out to finish repairs. I was informed by the receptionist there was currently no balance on my account and no photos available but she would check with the manager and get them to me by the end of the day. After not hearing from Summit, I contacted them at the end of the week and again was unsuccessful in resolving my inquiries. I ceased reaching out to Summit at this point since, as a paying customer, I should not continually seek them out to check on the status of my requests or settle my account. In reality, utilizing good customer service, exactly the opposite should occur. Unfortunately, while everyone I had contact with at Summit was friendly and polite, customer service is severely lacking. As a result, it makes me question the quality of repairs I received and nothing was done to address my uneasiness. This could have been accomplished a number of ways and still hasn’t been addressed. At this point, I have not received the photos I requested nor do I believe I will, but welcomed the opportunity to pay the balance of my account since it seems as if payment is what most concerned Summit; they had already charged my credit card which was on file without authorization. I have the sinking feeling that the “work” they did will need to be addressed in the near future and I would not recommend Summit due to the issues I experienced.

Initial fix was shoddy and unacceptable; when carpenter team came they did an excellent job! Communications could be a bit better but I understand they were short staffed in the office. Could not have a more pleasant group to work with though. I intend to use them for other work in the near future.

They left the room neat and clean after doing the drill and fill insulation. Good workers. Thanks!
