David did a great job on my exterior wall repairs and stayed in touch. He even did a small repair job not in the estimate. I enthusiastically recommend him.

We highly recommend Summit Home Improvement. David did two jobs for us: a roof repair and back exterior door replacement as well as a deck replacement. Our back door was rotting and leaking air badly. David and his assistant replaced the door and fixed some insulation problems around the door. Now the house is MUCH warmer, and the door looks wonderful. Also, we had an older deck with deck boards cracking and railings that were loose. David presented all of the options to us and we went with composite decking from Deckorators. The deck turned out fantastic! David is very reliable, friendly, neat, organized, and professional. His knowledge and experience were evident in all his work. We are very happy with the results!

Summit Home Improvement is by far the best home repair company we have ever worked with. The skill and quality of their workmanship is top notch. We had two decks replaced, several doors & a new panoramic kitchen window installed, exterior wood moisture damage corrected, and gutter guards installed. The owner, David, listened to our needs and provided a detailed quote up front. Summitâ s price was good, considering the amount of repairs we were needing. While the work was being done, David provided terrific communications on progress and findings. Always on time, which is a rarity these days, we could just about set a watch by their arrival. Extremely polite, honest, and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional, right down to the finishing touches. And when the day was finished, they cleaned up everything. Not one scrap or nail was found in the yard after they left, which is a concern when you have dogs. Summit Home Improvement really is the best!

David and his crew are excellent. We hired them to add stairs to our existing (very tall) deck. We came across some challenges due to our foundation and existing construction but David found the perfect solution and had great communication throughout the process. Great craftsmanship and did an awesome job with detail and matching the existing structure. 10/10 recommend!

David and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our deck. They built it to code and itâ s beautiful. David is very detailed oriented. He listens to what the customer wants and finds a way to do do it. He also put a handrail on some stone steps. A power line was a problem. But he found a perfect solution to the problem. They kept a clean worksite. And at the end they made sure the area waa clean and smoothed the work area

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. They cleaned up every day, work was done quickly and we have the deck of our dreams.

He helped remove our screened in porch and restored the home to its original condition including the fascia, siding, roof, gutter, cement work, and electrical seamlessly. Summit Home Improvement demolished two upper level decks for us and built two new ones to our specifications. They also installed a new sliding glass door and built a concrete patio . The communication was excellent, particularly when we encountered some unanticipated problems and changes to the design. The project was completed in under three weeks. We were traveling during one of the weeks of construction, and David kept us updated with texts and photos. They kept a very tidy worksite so the disruption was minimal. I highly recommend them and would use them again for other home improvement projects.

Their estimate was fair and all work was completed within one week of the start date. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my new deck!
