I met with Kevin to discuss my options, which included replacing AC only, replacing entire furnace and AC, and a choice between a 14 or 16 seer unit. He gave me exact quotes, outlined the warranties and rebates from SCE&G available if I went with the 16-seer, and the financing options. I signed the contract on a Monday and work began the next day. It took a full day until it got dark, and they were back to finish the next morning. Kevin followed up to inspect the work and I'm very pleased.

Kevin and the crew at Summit Services were great to work with! They did a complete system replacement with Amana products in my home. They also reworked some ducts in a room that wasn't quite cool enough. Kevin answered all my question and was extremely responsive to emails. The crew doing the install was courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done, even vacuumed my upstairs hallway. I noticed a slight problem a week after install. I emailed Kevin and he had a service technician out within hours. The high-efficiency two-stage compressor with variable speed blower they recommended is great! I can barely hear the outside unit running and don't notice the blower running at all. I would highly recommend Summit Services! Thanks Kevin and crew! Job well done.

Project: Service an air conditioning unit. Within 1/2 hour after we put in our service request through HomeAdvisor.com they sent us 3 names of companies which were available to provide local services. Two of the 3 companies contacted us within 15 - 30 minutes. Summit Home Services LLC was the first company to contact us with pricing to evaluate our AC system which was shutting off intermittently This was late Sunday afternoon and we were able to make an appointment for the following morning at 9am. . Chad arrived exactly on time after calling us first. He quickly showed what was wrong and described the issue in detail. He also made suggestions as to how to avoid the problem in the future. We inquired as to whether the company had a preventive maintenance plan available and Chad described what it covered in detail and how it worked. Because we decided to purchase it he examined our system in thoroughly and pointed out that our compressor would need servicing or replacement soon, with which we agreed. Chad could not have been more helpful, thorough, efficient or polite if he had tried. We would certainly be glad to have him service our system again. We highly recommend Chad, Summit Home Services LLC and HomeAdvisor.com. We will definitely use all of them for our future needs!!.
