I couldn't be happier with the work the Summit crew did on my house. They ripped out an old concrete walkway and front steps and replaced them with new pavers and granite steps. Dylan, Billy, and the team were professional and great to work with. They answered all my many questions, were accommodating when I made requests or asked to make changes, and Dylan also connected me with a carpenter who replaced my exterior doors and added wooden steps to my deck. Summit did fantastic work and transformed the entrances to my house - it's all beautifully functional now. I'd recommend them.

Thanks to the Summit team we were finally able to get someone out transform our backyard after a full septic rebuild last fall at my grandmothers beach houseâ ¦. Sheâ s been dying to have this done for years and was elated with the end result. I was completely blown away by the attention detail and creativity the team brought to the table - we were able to add a custom 'W' made out of old bricks as a legacy to my late grandfather who used to collect them from washed up lobster pots. The whole family was able to properly enjoy the new space at the Labor Day/end of summer cookout reveal. Thanks a million old friend!

I reached out to them for a quote Dylan responded immediately and was out to quote the job within a day. Once I received the quote and gave them the go ahead They got to work immediately. Review is prior to job being completed as the crew is coming back to loam and a final walk-through. I felt prompted to review prior as our patio came out awesome. Dylan designed it with an interior border section that makes the 16x10 patio look larger. Dylan ,Jonathan, Evan, Ian, & Trevor were beyond professional and down to earth. It is nice to see fine workmanship this day in age without them rushing. I am really glad that I booked with them back in Feb. My advice, do not wait or you will miss this season.

We hired Summit to rebuild our basement walkout door and steps and we are extremely happy with the final results. Dylan and his team put a lot of time explaining the process; from breaking down the project, material selection, and professional suggestions as they build. Customer assistance is a priority for this company, always willing to answer questions and adjust as needed. We made numerous changes throughout the process and Dylan adjusted accordingly, no questions asked. I certainly recommend this company 5 starts from beginning to the end.

Dylan came by and helped design a beautiful Pavillion, patio, and fire pit. He also added lighting which was an amazing suggestion! They are extremely diligent and efficient. There was complete transparency throughout the entire process and I am delighted with their work! 11/10 would recommend and will rehire for future projects. In fact, I plan on having them back to rebuild a retaining wall I had another contractor build. Also, when they tell you they warranty their work they really mean it! I had them come back for a puddle that kept forming on the patio. No questions asked they were there the next afternoon. It was actually a gutter issue (they gave me a number to help with that), and said it was no problem!
