He answered right away, came out quickly. Explained the issue, apparently attempted to take my daughters ignition cylinder out, but stripped the holes the screws were in, which left them as well as the key still stuck, left without a word and stopped answering my messages and calls. If you mess up or aren?t capable of finishing something that?s fine. Failing to communicate with the customer, is not, it?s rude and disrespectful to waste someone else?s time. I found another locksmith on Google who came out, struggled with it because of what this fella did, but was able to replace the ignition cylinder and re key my daughters car. I feel like he meant well, but couldn?t admit he simply wasn?t able to fix it.
