Was late several days. Lost one of the cabinet doors to be painted. Changed price from original quote. Added 500.00 and I had to pay for replacement door. Admitted that he had never painted cabinets halfway into job.

"Candace... I apologize for my guy losing one of the cabinet doors. however, I don't appreciate you saying that you had to pay for its replacement. When I clearly took care of that by subtracting almost $350 off the total price, we agreed that instead of replacing the one no cabinet door that it would look so much better if we replaced the two Corner doors with glass that... " I paid for " ... The Proposal was for two coats of paint on your kitchen cabinet doors. I clearly stated that any extra work would be added on at the end of the job. Your cabinet doors took approximately 5 coats of paint before they had the finish that we were looking."

Review by Jules C. in East Falmouth, MA Project: Deck Repair and Stain Richard quickly responded to my request for an estimate to get my deck ready before Memorial Day and within two weeks, he had repaired and stained my entire deck. In addition, he was able to power wash much of the winter off of my siding , shed and fence to make everything fresh and bright and ready for summer quests! He is a clear and direct communicator, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be using Richard for future projects to beautify my home!

Richard helped me refinish drywall and exterior siding after removing an in-wall A/C unit. He was available quickly to give me an estimate and started the job soon after, which I appreciated. Work was good quality, though it took a little longer than we originally discussed as part of the estimate. I found the price to be fair and would hire Richard again.

I needed a ramp built because I injured my knee. I have three steps out the door that I needed to be able to manage to leave the house for appointments. Richard was very prompt in responding and listened to what I needed He is professional, gave suggestions, and amazingly finished the job in a very tight timeline.. His work is excellent and he has offered to come back if over time I need adjustments. I would strongly recommend him.

Richard at Summit was professional and communicative throughout the process. He replaced rotting exterior wood at my home. He gave me a thorough bid and description of what wood needed to be replaced. He followed up by doing great work and answered our questions. It's sometimes hard to get a contractor to respond. Richard was eager to do the work. I recommend Richard.

Deck or Porch Repair
We had to work around some bad weather and some phone-tag communication but the end product is very nice quality work and the contractor had great suggestions about design. Extra points for the complimentary power washing of the existing, very weathered deck. I would definitely recommend this contactor!
