Wasn't the right company for the project, but he completed the job for me anyway. My only complaint is no follow up after we discussed an issue I would have liked corrected.

Hired them to grade back and side yard. Equipment failure sent this two day project into a six week ordeal. Had to finish the project myself as company repeatedly said weather was not conducive to obtaining fresh topsoil. It was not a problem for me to find some a mile from my house which enabled me to do the work myself. Obviously after being paid, I was put on the back burner. They made excuse after excuse for not returning and completing the work. Would not recommend them for this type of work.

"The job with rain delays and the loader breaking down took one week too complete the main part of the work the yard coming out too front was finish when it stop raining. This job took two weeks due to weather and equipment failure. You can look at deposit check and two weeks later a final payment was made. Sorry about delays but in spring time job we can't always work in rainy weather. We came back three times too make sump pump pipe longer even after telling him I would not push water on front sidewalk. Then we came back too cut it down because he under stood it wouldn't work, we poured a concrete pad for him in which was not on contract, we replaced a pipe on the one side of the yard and didn't charge for it and it was not on contract As far as getting dirt we were bring him a bucket load of top soil and again were held up because of the wet weather. I hope you reconsider your feed back normally in the line of work your were in they don't lie about things"

Summit Power Systems was very responsive on the phone. the owner arrived as planned for a review and quote of the work I wanted to contract to them. The crew they sent to my home was FANTASTIC. They were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. Their quality was excellent. The only reason for the "value for the money" ding, is that I would have preferred to do the job myself, but I did not have the time... so, I would have saved ALL THAT MONEY! :) Honestly, the company is a keeper. I highly recommend them for work. They will work with you and adjust as necessary to ensure a job well done and completed within reasonable time frames. A+ rating from me!

Pricing seemed a bit sketchy but once that was resolved the workers made good suggestions and put the unit back in good working order. Generator servicing was 300.00. My mom was pleased with the service.
