Water Dock Repair

8/21 Ryan said the required dock work could be complete in the spring of 22. 4/16/22 Nick sent e-mail with estimate of $4,550 for dock work, 50-percent deposit is required. 4/25/22 Ken sent a check for $2,275 to Summit Property Solutions, LLC.4/27/22 Nick emailed received the check and ordered the pilings. 4/28/2022 check was deposited into an account at Franklin Savings Bank. After numerous attempts(email, FB, Phone) to contact Nick and or Ryan we have had no response from Nick. Sent letter to all 3 registered agents USPS Certified mail 7/12/22. All 3 letters were signed. No word from anyone. I filed in Small Claims, judgment for Plaintiff, case defaulted on the defendant s failure to answer the claim. A motion for Periodic Payments has been filed.
