Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
After several seemingly aggressive and expensive estimates from other companies, I found summit railings. Tim came out to my home quickly to provide an estimate - half the price of anyone else. He does the welding within company, and does beautiful work. Although Covid set back the timeline (supply issues, etc..) my project was finally completed and I couldnâ t be happier. Thank you to Tim and the crew for putting up with my requests for updates, and for the beautiful railing you installed in my home!

I feel like this company must have fabricated the other reviews. They were awful. Took our deposit of $6500 in February promising to have the project completed by mid-spring. It took until the end of July for them to do the project. They had excuse after excuse for why they could not do it and now the railing are sagging a month later because they did not put support in properly. Almost impossible to get them to fix it. They continue to come up with excuses and lies about why they are not fixing it. I think we will have to hire someone else to redo the entire top and install properly. So frustrating. I do NOT recommend them at all! Beware as they talk a really good talk.

"Hi Emily, First, you know that the project as quoted was completed on May 21st, and the final balance was paid on May 29th, Not July, so that is a complete fabrication of the facts. While we had planned on having it done even before that, as you are aware that there is a global pandemic that disrupted both the labor and material markets. It was built and installed as fast as the situation allowed. Second, the railing is not sagging. The wood top simply needs some additional support. You have been in contact with us about that and we told you we would be taking care of that."

Had an usual project requiring a steel base needed to support an older chairlift from ABASIN. Summit Railings did a great job and it turned out just as I had requested. Excellent communication-precision craftmanship-very competitive pricing. Other companies showed no interest. Summit as willing to step outside the box and make it happen. Give them a call.
