Even when I asked for changes and additional items to be added to the work order, they didn't flinch a bit and went right to work. He helped us stick within budget and stated within the quote he provided! They were quick to schedule us and completed our deck addition and stairs in less than a week! Troy was was easy to get ahold of and always returned my calls. I love our new deck and how his team built it. The only negative is the cleanup crew could have done a better job and to their credit it did snow during the build. I would definitely hire him again.

This was a project I was getting done for my retired loving mother. Let me say it's hard to find a contractor you can trust when you are mostly out of town. But this company was hands on deck sent pics of progress & took time to insure each phase was explained to my mother since I wasn't there they also sent regular pics to me. A excellent job. I know my mother & my kids will enjoy it & the pool it surrounds for years to come. Thanks for you hard work. Ps.the head guy Terry even took my mother to doctor's appointment once thanks for that too

This contractor was not honest with the bid he provided and the final work that was actually completed. Troy Coup came to my house and gave me a bid to repair my deck. We specifically discussed replacing all the rotten wood on my deck which included railing, steps, and decking boards with cedar wood. This was also spelled out in my bid from Troy that we agreed to. The day he claimed the job was completed I found rotten decking boards not replaced that we specifically discussed and the decking boards that were replaced he used CCA wood instead of cedar. He also did not put railing on the steps on my deck. I called Troy and he came out to inspect my complaints. He said he would fix the issues add hand railing to my steps, and replace the rotten boards. He did not do what I asked and tried to charge me more Money!

"All I can say in regards to this review is that we actually did much more work on his deck then what was clearly written on the agreement. The homeowner's deck honestly needed to be replaced, but upon my first visit with him he indicated that it wasn't in his budget. Whenever I compose a contract for every customer I make sure I state exactly the work that is to be done so that it is clear for everyone. .I then sit down with the customer and go over the details and have both parties sign the contract. The customer was out of town when we started the job, upon his return we were finished with everything that was written on the agreement, plus a few extra's....he did seem upset that we didn't replace a few of the posts that did indeed come up in our initial visit, but to stay within his budget I excluded these items. I honestly don't think the customer read the agreement that he signed, otherwise he would have understood why we didn't complete these items. I tried to explain this to him and even went as far not to charge him for replacing all his rotted landing boards We always do our best to please our customers. I felt I went above and beyond and it is disappointing to read this review when I felt I did as much as possible to do the job within his limited budget. As anyone can see I have a very high ratio of positive ratings and many satisfied customers and many repeat customers as well."

The crew of Ed and Ernesto worked hard and did a great job of stripping, caulking and repainting over 20 50-year old windows and made them look like new. They also repaired a broken stair step inside my house, repaired a wood surround on my patio and patched woodpecker holes too high up for me to reach. Friendly, courteous and excellent workers. Other reviews mention Troy in glowing terms and I have to agree - he is thorough, friendly and true to his word in delivering on his promises. This is the second major project he's done for me and I couldn't recommend him and his crew any higher.
