"Mr. Jim, I apologize for not being able to complete your job. My machinery only allows me to reach a certain length. And with the tree located in your back yard, my lift could not reach up and over the house. You mentioned that you did not want equipment driving up and around into your backyard. And with it being a very dead tree I did not feel comfortable climbing it. None of this had to do with incompetence. I personally do not regret being honest with you and telling you I did not have the equipment that was needed to safely and properly bring that tree to the ground. I apologize for not noticing I could not get my personal equipment close"
