They called and set a time. The day of the appointment they were running a little late and called said it would about 1 hour later and wanted to make sure that was OK. Arrived at the time agreed upon and finished in just over an hour, cleaned up and took everything with them. I would hire again.

Tommy was wonderful, down to earth, very helpful, direct, and efficient. He understood all the issues right away, and had exactly the right solutions. (We replaced our entire plumbing and drainage system, including water heater, iron filtration, and water softener.)

Tankless Water Heater Installation
We did not install tankless after thorough and knowledgeable discussion with Tommy. Went for a top quality regular tank and am amazed of the efficiency. First they covered all of the area from the front door down the carpeted stairs to keep it clean. He and his son were very professional and did a great clean installation. I was surprised to get a call back within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Sumner has my future business and any of my friends.

Tommy Sumner did not come out but said he was 99% sure of the problem told us what to look for, to save us a couple $100. And he was right and we are very great full and will defiantly use him again. We used him in the past and were very pleased with his work.
