Paul & Alan of Sun Blue Pools are true professionals. They re pleasant, easy to work with & know what they re doing. I was dreading my pool resurfacing project. There s too many choices, I worried about unskilled workers but I didn t have that problem with Sun Blue. Choosing the tile was simple, the men that did the work were fantastic! My pool was finished in the time frame that they promised. You will not be disappointed if you use this company for your pool resurfacing project.

We ended up needing a repair with our pool beam, resurface, tile and replace a dated glass block water fall. There were over 9 different companies that we solicited to come out to do this project. Every estimate was different of course from being way overpriced to simply not being knowledgeable when we asked all of the questions we had. We met with Paul & Alan from Sun Blue pools. It was clear during this meeting that this was going to be the company to use. Paul answered every question we had during our meeting. We even discussed some of the other work that was being discussed from the other companies and it was very clear that none of that was needed. Those answers sealed the deal as many other companies probably would have simply said yes to the additional money to the job. Then there was the follow up that happened. Paul had an estimate in my email before we even got to the kitchen. Keep in mind that out of the 9 companies in total, this was the first one over the three day span that had their estimate sent over to us. Itâ s great to see that there is a company that said they would have an estimate sent that day and it happened. The numbers were beyond fair and straight forward. Alan and his crew started the job and we couldnâ t have been more pleased during the project. There was no additional calls made to us with the famous add on money that is pretty usual from contractors. Everyone that was here doing various jobs were absolutely the most professional and polite people we have ever met. Alan kept us in the loop with everything that was happening from day one and the project stayed on track with the timeline. The project was completed on time and looked fantastic!! We couldnâ t believe how great the pool ended up. Sun Blue Pools have exceeded our expectations. Hands down there is simply no other company out there that we reviewed that could touch this company. Paul and Alan did a fantastic job renovating our pool. It was a huge project as we had bar stools installed, a bar table and a waterfall rolling out of the hot tub. We made a last minute change on them and wanted concerning the water fall and they did it without question and no additional fee. The surface was completely resurfaced, the floor cleaners removed, new return lines installed around the pool, new light fixture and a new Travertine deck that turned out FANTASTIC!. Anytime we had a question, they responded right away and were always on the site checking up on the project every step of the way. Very professional and extremely helpful every step of the way. We had several different companies quote this for us and Sun Blue Pool Services had the best out there which to me was a bonus giving all that we had done. Keep up the good work Paul and Alan. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Alan and Ron were very hands o for the entire project! We resurfaced our pool and installed marble pavers. Sun Blue has a great crew, was ahead or schedule and made sure we were happy at every turn! As a real estate broker for over 25 years I have seen a and heard a lot of horror stories! I highly recommend Sun Blue Pools and have already referred friends and clients to them. Poor communication with the owners. Said they be there and then not show up and not bother to call and let us know. One of there subcontractors even stopped by to start his portion of the job and the pool wasn t ready for him. He ended up calling me to check on progress. Final product looks great.

This was the first time that I had been involved in a pool remodel, so I had a lot of questions about the decisions I would need to make and what the options were. Paul came to my house to assess the project and patiently educated me about the design options, choices of materials, etc. I obtained a total of five estimates from pool companies and Paul provided the best and most thorough answers. The estimate I received from Sun Pool Services provided the most detailed description of all the work to be done. Also, I knew that the pricing was reasonable, compared with all the other estimates that I received. Once the work began, Alan oversaw supervising the crew. Alan and Paul are partners and apparently many of the crew members are very long-term employees. The project proceed so smoothly that I had few reasons to telephone Alan. However, Alan provided me with his cell phone number. On the few occasions I called Alan, he either answered the call directly or returned my call in less than 1 hour. The workers were meticulous, friendly, and left the area clean at the end of each day. The final result was beautiful and exactly as envisioned. Bobby arrived on time to replace a bad pool pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He installed the new pump with ease. I also had an old Hayward filter that was unrepairable. He was able to secure a new one at a great price and installed it 2 days later. While replacing the filter we discovered I had a problem with my spa pump. Turns out it had an old, brittle, air tube causing the pump not to work. He said he would take care if it, left for an hour, returned with the replacement tube, and installed it at no additional charge! If all that was not enough, he replaced a bad valve at no charge. I have owned several pools and can honestly say he totally exceeded my expectations. I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to recognize the great job he did. Would highly recommend him, and he is now my go-to pool guy.

Paul of Sun Blue Pools was very professional in his presentation. I had reviewed 7 other companies and Sun Blue was not the least expensive but I was impressed with Paul's attention to detail and his recommendations. They scheduled the project, started and completed it right on schedule. Alan was excellent in supervising the project. Their crews were excellent and very hard working. We were seeking to do a major renovation to our pool area, including a deck renovation (remove old deck & install travertine), removing & installing new pool mosaic tiles, resurfacing the pool, moving the pool pump, filter & corresponding piping to a new location, installing water jets and installing a new electric pool heater and pump. We spoke to 3 groups that were recommended as well as reviewed favorably on HomeAdvisor. From a cost perspective, Sun Blue Pools was in the middle of the pack. We selected them because they had the ability to manage all phases of the project internally. Other groups were well qualified but outsourced or partnered with other contractors, thus we had concerns on communication between various contractors and overall timing of the project. We had a few small issues come up on the project but Alan Debs committed to resolving the issues and did a fantastic job living up to his word. They adhered to their projected timeframe which was impressive since it was just prior to Christmas. The workmanship was excellent and attention to deal outstanding. We highly recommend Sun Blue for any pool project regardless of size and scope.
