Blair Goodrow and his team are exceptional. Their pricing is competitive for the quality and attention to detail they deliver. On time, on budget, respectful of your property, and hard workers. We are extremely pleased with their work and the result. Blair also recommended a product called WearDeck which his team masterfully installed. Highly recommended/ Update: 01/15/2023 This is my second review for Sun Brothers Construction because I hired them again for a new project. Their first project for me was a deck; this second project was to replace the metal exterior door from my garage to my kitchen. It sounds simple enough, but I have an old Florida home made of concrete blocks. The project needed more skill and craftsmanship than I possess. Sun Brothers did not disappoint, and I am extremely satisfied with their quality of craftsmanship and professionalism/attitude. Their price was right in the middle of other quotes, neither the lowest nor the highest. This challenging door took the contractor 4 hours to completely replace. But now it is done correctly. These guys are the real deal. They are now my go-to contractors for home repair and improvement.

This company was prompt in completing the work, courteous, and upfront in everything. Cleanup was also thorough. They kept me informed right from our initial meeting.

The deck project had issues from both sides, however, once everything was scheduled, the project was completed quickly. We cannot say enough about their superior work ethic from Tom & Blair to all workers on the job. All of our questions were addressed in a timely manner. The final project is wonderful & we would highly recommend hiring them. We plan to hire them for whatever comes along. Dan & Joanne

We wanted a 9 x 12 deck built at the front entrance of our home by mid December. Our community requires a permit. Blair was one of the first contractors to respond to our request for quotes. On his second visit he brought his architect to look at the job. We were impressed and hired him. Almost immediately there were delays and excuses. Days turned into weeks. We seldom heard from him without contacting him first. More delays and excuses. After three months we didnt even have a permit. And we hadnt heard from him for more than two weeks. He wasted three months of our lives and now we had to start over. It couldnt have hurt more if it was intentional. The only positive thing I can say about Blair is he never deposited our check.

I liked them very much. They did a great job. The scheduling was a bit of a concern, but I am finding all contractors have issues with scheduling.
