Got the job done fast, but beware of their pricing. I paid just shy of $2,000 to have a blower fan replaced, $1,200 of which went directly to this company for labor and markup on an already ridiculously inflated part. The actual repair took maybe an hour and a half tops, but was charged for 2.5 hours at $200 an hour as they drove to get the part and back then to the shop and back to get more tools. Their cost on the part was $800, and they claim their policy is 45% markup, so they added on an additional $650 to that (if you are doing the math, they actually charged me over an 80% markup). Everything is more expensive right now, so I am not questioning the $800 for a part that should be around $200-$400, but adding in an additional $650 on top of a $200 per hour delivery fee essentially really feels like taking advantage of the situation.

Expensive - 50 $ became hundreds very quickly reasonable, I would not know not being knowledgeable myself.

When I asked Home advisor for a pro, they gave me a choice of 3, I asked them all to call me, as I had no ac. Sun City got a hold of me very quickly and had someone here the very next morning. I had a big problem and they took it on. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and kind. very nice people to work with. Would hire them again anytime. Effective and friendly service

AC broke in the heat of Florida summer. UGH. Came the same day (at night!!!) and fixed everything no problem. Efficient, friendly worker and wasn t too costly. Definitely recommend!!

The tech Adrienne had a great communication - He verified the time of the appointment and when he had to get more/different parts he informed me of the price differences, details of the work, and time he would return. I was happy with his work. He was freegin awesome! He was super nice. I even got a military discount. He went above and beyond.

I just purchased a home and wanted the unit inspected and checked out, The technician was on time and checked both the inside and outside units. He did not find anything wrong and my total cost was $67. I will use this company again.
