I couldn't begin to tell you how awesome my experience was with this group of honest, hardworking, Christian men. They showed up on time, did even a better job than I expected, performed the job better than discussed, and went above and beyond. They even took the time to let my 2 boys watch them work, and explain to them what they were doing every step of the way. My boys loved watching the equipment and crew at work... both working together like a well oiled machine! These guys smiled and enjoyed life every step of the way! The owner came out on a Sunday to inspect my problem, gave me a great price, and was in my yard that Thursday arriving early, and doing better than I could have ever imagined! I hope I never need this service again, and at the job they done, I am certain I never will, but I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, CHURCH MEMBERS, STRANGERS, ETC. I ve been having problems with my septic system since I moved in 14 years ago. I even had the whole system replaced 5 years ago. It now works great. I don t have to worry about short showers and heavy rains or too many people in the house using the toilet. The price was fair and most of all I can finially relax when I am home.

Man told me he would come between 3:30 and 4:00 pm to look at job showed up at 3.45 we agreed on price asked him when he could start told me around 10:30 next morning and would call to verify he was on his waycalled at 9;50 am said he was on his way at 10:40 his crew was installing line 1 1/2 hours he was loaded up and gone.well pleased a man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone needing help

Crew came in and went right to work. Guys were good workers and took time to explain anything that I asked. I would definitely advise anyone looking to have septic work done to call Timmy. He showed up when he said he would.

Timmy came out and looked at our problem one day and was back at the house at 8:00 a.m. with his crew the next day, just as he said he would. He and his crew started right away and installed a new filter line and pumped our tank and were done by 1:00 p.m. Plus he removed two problem trees and a huge shrub. He did more than what he said he'd do and did it for the agreed price. He could have easily charged for the extra work, but he didn't. These guys are great! In fact we plan to have him back to do some drainage work for us. Definitely recommend these fellas.

Prompt, professional, responsive, honest, personable. Their response was immediate after using Home Advisor. Accommodating my needs was exceptional. They did not pursue me when I delayed taking action.; however, when I reached out again their response was great. They were on time with every aspect of interacting with them. They went over and above to meet and exceed my expectations. Price was very reasonable and fair.

Just a phone call will be answered promptly and they arrived to do the work at the time they said. They were considerate of the surrounding area.

Very professional, on time, got in and got out.

The company did not finish the project! My septic tank is still ruining of the electricity from my outside outlets two weeks later! It's a shame that they are the only company around town who does this kind of work. The prices were very fair and the owner had a great attitude, but I need serious landscaping done as soon as they return to finish!

Service was excellent and very well priced. Would highly recommend!
