Contractor was very helpful initially. We experienced communication issues with them through out the process (start date, completion date, lack of return calls, etc). They did address some these concerns by offering some free services, which we appreciate. Concerns over some items (broken window frame) remain unresolved. Also, final shutter installation has not been finished yet; nearly 30 days after the main siding project completion date. We continue to try and work with the contractor, however the quality of the work, and the process itself has not lived up to the expectations I had from our conversations.

Weather did not permit them to finish on their deadline, however, they worked diligently in subzero weather on weekends and holidays. They were pleasant, and always kept us informed as to any delays or difficulties that came up. They were extremely affordable and we were mostly pleased with their workmanship.
