Thomas and his crew were great, hard workers and done good work. We are fussy people and they met our expectations. Thomas also gave us a good deal dollar wise and we now have some warranty on the work they done. If something goes wrong we now have a go to person!! That means a lot!! Thomas was professional throughout the project. He was not pushy or demanding like some of the other contractors. He was honest and provided a few options for the project at different costs depending on my budget and the work that needed to be accomplished. We suffered wind damage back in April 2018. Insurance agreed to pay for 1/2 the roof to be replaced. Thomas with Sunflex came right over and gave me 2 estimates. 1 as prescribed by the insurance adjuster, and a 2nd option to upgrade the whole roof to spray foam with an elastomeric coating which we elected to go with. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would and were totally professional throughout the construction process. I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous, and fast. I was concerned about the possibility of Monsoon rains arriving early and damaging the part of the house under the patio roof. Sun Flex responded immediately to my need, both by assessing it, and then making the repairs expeditiously. They cleaned up after themselves, and to my untrained eye about roofing needs, they did a good job. I highly recommend them.

I am hard to please, but they did it. Everything about the entire process from estimate to cleanup was done to perfection, on time, and at the agreed price. This was a 4200 square foot complete re-roof, and I am delighted. Definitely recommend Thomas Stewart and his crew.

Friendly and efficient.

Thomas came and quoted job when appointment was set for. I reviewed quote with and explained what materials would be used. I called them the next day and advised them it was a go on job. They had materials delivered and came out to do job. The crew was very nice and knew what they were doing. They completed job and cleaned up. Job was done, looks great and cleanup was done all old materials were picked up and hauled off. Very professional operation and good people.

They kept me informed about when they would be at my home and they showed up when they said they would. Both Thomas and George are very professional and explain what they were doing. They cleaned up after the job so I didn't even know they were there. After they completed the job they gave me a chance to inspect what they had done and they said I was entitled to 2 yrs. of free roof inspections which I think is important as the tiles get broken and shift in the wind.

Thomas and his brother were very nice and easy to work with. The crew cleaned up both days they worked on my roof. It looks fantastic.

Thomas arrived on time and gave us a good quote. He was professional and really knew what he was talking about. Two days after we accepted their quote, the supply company delivered all of the materials to our roof. The following morning, the roofing crew arrived, stripped the old roofing, replaced the plywood that needed replacing, installed the new new felt, shingles, vent turbines, and metal roof edging. The crew was large, professional, and great guys. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. They cleaned all around the house and the roof looks Wonderful! We are very happy with the entire experience.

Thomas, George & Hugh Stewart of Sun Flex Home Improvements, LLC were all polite and had their roofing crew install a new roof in a professional, efficient manor. Thomas, who did our estimate, indicated the job could be done in (1) one day. It actually took (3) days but the job looks great. I would recommend them to family and friends!

They gave me other locations which they had done using the same application. Watched them apply in action there. Gave me a reasonable quote. Showed photos of my roof. Was on time to start. Completed the job with more photos. Cleanup was great.
