"Amber, Sorry that you feel this way, We did reach out and offer the option for a small additional cost to replace the area of trim that was not included in the original estimate. We were only contracted to replace one area of siding and the area in question was trim work that was special order material & outside of the siding area. I am sorry you chose not to resolve this with us and let us complete the job so that all could have been satisfied."
