Tom was not dependable at all. I never knew when he was going to show up. Now the roof leaks with water pouring in when it rains. His workers did a really bad job.

Tom is a good person to work with. And is installers are very good. The only issue I had is his lack of keeping informed of schedule changes. I had to call him. I would not have any problem with him doing another project for me.

Tom Lott, the owner was great to work with in every way, and so was the carpentry crew. We bought a 15 year old home with 20x16 deck that needed to be replaced; we obtained 6 in person quotes; ended up selecting Tom and are thrilled we did. He treated the project as it it was own house where he was replacing the deck. In addition to just replacing the deck he made suggestions for incorporating solar lighting that were great and he designed and built a ramp for our little mini dachshund who can't walk stairs. We highly recommend Tom.

We are absolutely pleased with Sun Room Enclosures and the work they did for us! The owner, Tom Lott, is so easy to work with and very professional. He explained everything to us in advance and is the type of owner who actually shows up at the work site and helps/oversees the work in progress, instead of just sending someone out to do the work! They replaced the deck flooring, installed new rails, new stairs, stringers, stair rails, four support posts, concrete pads for the stairs and posts. The workmanship was outstanding with top quality material. We highly recommend Sun Room Enclosures! We think they are the best and will not hesitate to hire them again for future projects!

Tom Lott the owner of Sun Room Enclosures was very meticulous in getting the job done right. We enjoyed having him around to repair and stain the deck as well as other numerous jobs. We appreciated the fact that he gave us recommendations and contacts for projects he doesn't do. No job was too small including adding a towel bar or a front door knocker. His number has been added to our address book with 5 stars. His rates are very reasonable! There will be no hesitation to recommend him to our friends or family. We will certainly call upon him again!

This contractor was very thorough on his initial contact. I was surprised at the negative comments from other customers. Mr Lott goes in search of the very best products and that takes time. The Atlanta market is saturated with requests for home improvement.......and customers should be impressed with Mr. Lott's tenacity to complete a job that will result in pride of home ownership.

"Unbelievable, this guy had a broken piece of glass in a window that already been replaced by some company. This was a replacement window. We had to take the window sash apart just to measure the glass. This had to be done before we could order the glass from a glass manufacture. Then we had to order the glass. Then we had to wait for it to come in. I gave this customer an approximate delivery date. I'm an owner operator and do most of the work. We are very busy. True, I can't always answer phone calls, but they always get a returned call. All this for one window and it was a repair. Most companies won't even give you an estimate for less than 3 to 5 windows. All this to help a customer and make very little money."

Very poor communication skills throughout the entire project. It went 9 weeks over the intial time he said it would take to install the new frames. The frames are in but remain unpainted, which was part of the contract. I even gave the phone number for the paint supplier to him, and it wasn't done.

"Six other companies were there and couldn't get her the windows. She pleded with me to please do the work. I told her I would try to locate a mfg. that could make a custom bronze aluminum window. I told her it would probably take longer than normal to get the (2) windows. Naturally it did, and when it came in it was the wrong size. The company I ordered it from stood behind it and replaced the windows. But, sthey had to be reordered. I had them send a rep. out and let him measure. She did not give the name of where she bought the paint. Her neighbor across the street did all the painting on her house. I personally went to Home Depot & matched"

Metal Awning or Patio Cover Repair
This contractor has received our deposit and simply not performed any task in estimate/quote after receiving 50% deposit. After a prolonged attempt to get him to the job site with material and to begin work with no success...we terminated our agreement with him. To date he has not returned our deposit and his exact address is unknown. We are able to reach him only by phone. After having such difficulty with this contractor, I called Home Advisor and related all dates and contact issues with this contractor and asked for assistance in obtaining a return of our deposit. We then received a call from the contractor and he agreed to return our deposit ... we gave him a deadline of 10 business days. On the last day he game to our home and gave us a check for the deposit. I am typing this as of today's date as I did not know that Home Advisors had declined this review even after having telephone contact with them at the time.
