Sun & Son Appliance Repair

My home warranty insurance sent these people for the fridge. I was not in the house at that time. The technician told my wife to unplug and plug it back in. The issue is still there. They came back again today. The technician looked inside the Fridge. He told me I need a new heating element. The back of my fridge has a big hole because of corrosion. This guy did not bother to look at the back of my fridge. He took my 65 dollars and ran away. I will Advise you guys, don't hire these people. Learn from me. I wish I could give them zero review but I couldn't. Stay awayfrom sun and son company.

This company is truly a rip off. They charge you for parts and labor on the visit and trying to make more money by telling ità  à ¢à  à  à  à  s something else need to be replace. When you already paid them once .They chasing the problem and money. This is an old trick and this type of business. Pete told me I need an evaporator fan motor when I called two other companies said I need a new gasket. So he would have to replace the fan motor which I did not need. Than he would have told me I need a new gasket, more money?? Donà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t use these guys!!

I hired him to repair my washer, paid more than $300 to replacement parts. I don't think he did it because machine has the same issue. Peter has cancelled several appointments and does not return my calls.

Said it would be $300 to replace a hose for our dishwasher. We paid half up front. Three weeks later he has yet to come complete the job and has missed several appointments that he set to come do the work.

I hired this company to repair my GE microwave. Man came on and without even touching the microwave he said you need new microwave. He charged me $75 for the visit and would charge $75 to install new one.. Since new microwave I needed was $500 I decided to hire someone through GE website who was able to replace fuse in microwave and now it works just fine. This cost me $115 rather than $500. Donâ t cash yourself appliance repair if you canâ t repair it.

They fixed the issue quickly. Very satisfied.

Peter came Tomy house and diagnosed my refrigerator. He then ordered the part and I paid him a deposit. He returned and installed the part and I paid hi over $350.00. The refrigerator is still having the same problem. I have called and texted many times and he will not return my calls or texts. I will never use your service again.

The technician came and seemed like he was in a hurry. He said he fixed the problem and I paid for a new part that he claimed was the issue. Well the problem still existed. When I reached back out to him he sounded very annoyed that I called him back to let him know I was still having the same issue. He came back out and long story short the problem was never corrected. I didn't call him back as to not annoy him again.

The tech was great but, unfortunately my dryer was not fixed. Two parts were replaced and it still didn't work. The tech said that he didn't know what was wrong with it. The only good thing was that I only had to pay for the service charge of $75 and not for the parts. Because, it never worked. The bad side is my dryer has 2 new parts but, still don't work. I was told by the tech to just buy a new dryer. So because of the outcome I'm definitely not satisfied!
