Our experience started with Robert coming out to put a quote together for us for a white vinyl fence. He was very thorough and I had the quote the very same day! Robert answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very professional! We had Bob, Doug, Hank install our fence and they were amazing!! Very professional, knowledgeable, polite and worked their butts off! My husband had come home when they were putting the finishing touches on the fence and he was very very impressed. We come from a family of construction workers and know the meaning of hard work and these guys certainly exceeded our expectations! We will be shouting RMH's name through our entire neighborhood!! We are actually thinking about doing some landscaping in the back now and will certainly consider asking RMH to do the work as well! Thank you all for you hard work. We are so very happy with our fence and will consider you for more work in the future!!

After the vinyl fence install, my gates were sagging. I called and they came and tamped the gate post and adjusted latches. It was fine for a day or two, then the same thing happened again. I called, they tamped/adjusted. I have called not less than 3 times in the past 2½ weeks and the owner makes promises but has not remedied the problem. He said a beam would fix it. Did not install or show up.Then a promise to reconfigure and change out gates (10' drive-through).I let him know I was very displeased of how this was being handled, with no communication and I had to keep calling for a resolution. Again, I was promised Tues or Wed. It is after 4 pm Wednesday. No show, no call, nothing. Being beyond fair, if this is how it plays out, my only recourse is legal action. I do NOT recommend this Pro.

Fence has many gaps in it--not large, but not the quality we were expecting. Installer was wonderful. Owner wanted me to pay before job was done.

We always get a 50% deposit before the job is started, this helps cover the materials. No customer has ever been asked to pay the final payment on a job until it is done, and they are satisfied. On another note all of our fences are covered with a minimum two-year warranty and most our lifetime warranty depending on material. It takes a simple phone call to get any issues you have remedied. I have just checked our records and have no contact with anybody from your home after the installation is complete. Please call me if you need service on the fence.

The job was done on time as promised, but they were sloppy in their cleanup and left a lot of trash.
