Sun Valley Pools

My experience with Sun Valley Pools was disappointing, primarily due to poor communication and lack of follow-through throughout the project. Construction updates were limited, payment requests were sometimes made with little notice, and concerns about workmanship were often dismissed with comments such as, ?No one is going to notice,? rather than being addressed. The care of our property was also a major concern, with multiple sprinklers damaged, piles of dirt left on otherwise healthy grass, and ruts from dump trucks left for the homeowner to deal with. After completion, communication became even more difficult, including unanswered attempts to obtain warranty service for equipment still under warranty. I would strongly encourage the company to improve communication, respect customers? property, honor contractual commitments, and provide timely warranty support.
