I am so glad I chose Sunbeach Design Build, because, from the very beginning, we were on the "same page", as to what I wanted my home to have in it, and, from there, suggestions were made, we talked, made decisions, and, each person, involved in the build, has been great, friendly and very professional. If there were more stars, I'd go even higher. I would recommend Sunbeach, (and I already have) to anybody looking for a great design for a new home, a remodel, or an addition. Project isn't done yet, but, I couldn't be happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Prompt, courteous, enthusiastic, thorough, full of interesting ideas and suggestions but always listening to our input and adjusting accordingly. Held our collective hands as much as we wanted, too. Great guy, great designer.

Phil is doing a great job for us so far---demolition starts tomorrow, and we couldn't be happier with the plan he drew up.
