Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
I have encountered several problems, including ductwork installation issues and a malfunctioning (leaking/short cycling) forced air furnace. Many issues have been addressed, but not all resolved. I'm currently waiting for another service visit, in which I expect the problem to be resolved. Finally, several options that I paid for (humdifier, permanent filter, and damper) were either not initially installed, or have yet to be installed. Sunbeam representatives are nice, but mis-communication has been an issue. I expected service after a technician told me they would return on a given date, but on that date the company was unaware that I expected a service visit. The next available service time was a week away. A long time to wait with a malfunctionaing furnace that is supposed to be brand new. Generally, my experience with Sunbeam has not been satisfactory.
