I contacted 5 contractors including Sunbelt. I spoke to Tom B. about finishing the set up of my control 4 system. He was very professional and gave me a quote in a timely manner. I can stress enough about his great customer service. His team (consisting of Carl, Brian, and I can't remember the other gentleman's name) came out and they completed the work in a timely manner. Needless to say, my wife and I are very satisfied. I will be using Sunbelt in the future as well referring my friends and colleagues to use Sunbelt.
Troy did a fantastic job wiring up our house for surround sound. I'm sure you could find others that can do the job less expensive, but I was willing to pay just a little bit more to know that everything was being done correctly and I won't have any issues after the fact. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We had to constantly call them to come back to fix the original issue because their "fix" only lasted a few hours. Kept getting the run around when they finally returned our calls about when they could come back out. The customer service aspect is very bad. If you don't stay on them, you will never hear back from them. They are very knowledgeable and have the experience to deal with surround sound equipment, but they speed through the work so fast that they are not as thorough as they could or should be when completing the work, which is why we had to have multiple visits to get the job done right.
This is very disappointing. We came out and diagnosed that you needed a new receiver and the Geek Squad had not fixed your HDMI ports properly. You didn't want to buy a new receiver so we worked around the issue by running component cables and hooking up RCA cables for audio. That fix worked fine but your soundfields were off on the receiver. All you needed to do was press the all channel stereo button on the remote. We tried to walk you through it but to no avail. At that point, we sent another technician out at no charge to press the button. You told that technician you had taken the receiver back to Best Buy which confused us?
I'm rating highly prior to project completion but they have been delightful, thorough, responsive and very reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier at this point. I'll rate again upon completion of the project
These guys were absolutely great....very professional. Met our needs perfectly and at a reasonable price. I loved their no pressure approach. The owner and the technician were both extremely good at what they do. I wish we could rate them even higher than 5 stars...they're definitely a "10".
Courteous, Knowledgeable. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes after 2 other companies failed to fix.
