I wish they had told me that A: there was a service charge for coming out and B: not to put $291 into a 35 year old central a/c unit; that my money would be better spent in buying a new one. I ended up paying them $291 and a neighbor has his own heating/AC business helped me buy a new central a/c and furnace. The service tech should have called Home Office and asked a salesperson to contact me.
