Window Frame - Repair
I Did not hire due to fact that the Window will need to be replaced and Currently the funds are not available. Thank You and I will keep Sunburst in mind when funds are available.

Ceiling Fan - Install
We were quoted an hourly rate at $11 per quarter hour. The job (installation of a ceiling fan on an 18 foot ceiling) took 45 minutes but we were charged for an hour. We were also charged for two workers when we were told only one would do the job. The job cost almost twice what we expected to pay based on the original quote to us. We are not paying that. We were not given a written estimate or an invoice at the completion of the job.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Although the work has not yet been performed, it has been delightful in dealing with such a professional organization. All calls have been returned on a more than timely basis, and in a VERY professional manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the area!
