Torrez is easily the next contractor Iâ ve used. Patrick the PM is great. The w my team that did the work was top notch. My only gripe is that they are a little expensive but Iâ d use them again!

I would highly recommend Torrez Construction. They quoted me a very fair price, started the project early, and walked me through every step. There were no major hurtles. Patrick was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond, picking up products for me when I was out of town. His guys took care of every little hiccup that came up until I had the bathroom exactly how I wanted it. Great experience and will definitely use them again.

I've used Torrez Construction for 2 bathroom remodels. We tore out a tub and installed an oversized tile shower, put in new light fixtures, laminate flooring, interior paint and installed an exterior window. The service was supurb. Patrick was great to communicate with and was always there to service our every need. The entire crew was professional, friendly and most importantly, clean!! They cleaned up each evening. I highly recommend using them for any remodel project you may have. They do exceptional work!

I had a driveway and garage that were very dirty after tenants moved out of a rental property. Patrick power washed both and did an amazing job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took time on detail to make sure everything was complete to my satisfaction. I received 4 quotes for the job and he matched the lowest bid. I called home advisor for help pressure washing an outside patio at a hotel. I received many phone calls but Patrick was the first to show up. He offered my a competitive price and began working immediately. I saved his number to my phone and I will definitely use him again.

Patrick Nelson is the owner, he did an excellent job power washing our red brick home in south Scottsdale. He showed up on time and put an effort way beyond what I expected. The house had some paint stains on the brick walls, and the concrete driveway was cleaned of oil stains. Now it looks clean and nice. I will use him again.

We had the house power washed to ready it for painting. I was disappointed in the thoroughness of the job. There was still dirt along the eves where I painted the trim. Overall they did a good job and they were very punctual and professional.
