Two days before a scheduled hurricane was to hit, I received an immediate response. I suffer from heart failure and needed help providing maintenance to my shutters and closing them for the upcoming storm. Their team provided excellent communication, both from the office (Holly) and the technician. Their work is efficient and reasonable. I am very grateful for the quick response and will be reaching out to them again for continued annual maintenance. They will be working on a long two-story window in January 2025 to repair a faulting electric motor. Recommend them highly.

I hired them to check out my shutters to make sure they were hurricane Helene ready. Unlike other companies I had investigated, they refused to give me a price saying that they needed to assess the situation first. The others gave me a base price based on the number of windows times $20/window. But they indicated it could be more based on what they had to do, Clearly this seemed like a blind item one way or another so I selected Suncoast for the most illogical reason....they had the number 513 in their phone number....this has been a lucky number for me forever. Anyway, Alex and Diego came and they were very pleasant, gave me an assessment, to which I agreed, and did the work just in time before it started to pour. All and all, I'm glad to be able to face the rest of the hurricane season in Florida without having to worry about having my shutters taken care of. Incidentally , Holly in the office is also wonderful. Now that Helene won't come here, except for rain and wind, I'm much more relaxed.

I just had a wonderful experience with Suncoast Awning's & Hurricane shutters. My shutters are pull downs so their old, rusty and bent. First when I called I spoke to Holly who runs the office sheâ s the Best always courteous, helpful and kind. Then the team Sal & Alex showed up today to assess my issues within an hour they had completed the work and left no mess. Talk about professional, knowledgeable and again very very nice. So happy with this company will continue using them. I Love these people!

The guys were very thorough. It just took from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm.

if I remember correctly your shutters had been taken down by a handyman that you paid in advance for him to come put them back up and then you couldn't find him! We were kind enough to come out and help you with your shutters only to find you had no hardware or anything, so yes in those instances it does take a long time to reinstall your shutter for you which we did and you had no complaints at that time, so I honestly don't understand why you would leave this type of review about us. Thank you, Suncoast.
