They installed stucco over the existing exposed block, and also replaced two egress doors. The crew accomodated my schedule and worked over a holiday weekend. The stucco looks terrific.

We were well pleased with Suncoast Builders. We found Ken and his staff to be professional, courteous and efficient. They proved to be knowledgable, great consultants, who guided us through our remodel experience. They adhered to time schedules and deadlines. We love the job he has done for us and would not hesitate to use him again and to reccommend him to others.

My shower wall collapsed inward on a Sunday morning and they were there within the hour to look at the situation. They wound up doing all the prep work that afternoon so that the plumber could be in first thing Monday morning. I was very satisfied with the end result, the professionalism of the crew and the time frame in which the job was completed.

Mr. Williams was very polite and has done the work giving a warranty. Work was completed this date, so far no way of knowing if there is a problem. It appears there will not be, but if there is, I will let you know.

They did an excellent job. Mr. Williams is an excellent person to work with, he's honest, fair and wants to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with his work. He's also willing to spend the extra time by working weekends and after typical work hours to fit around the customer's schedule. The project's end result was great!

The contractor has yet to come back and repair the property from the mess they left when they did the driveway. We appreciated what they've done, but we'd like for them also to fix the garage they chipped out when they broke out the old one.

Ken is very straightforward & courteous, always keeping us up to date so we knew what to expect at all times. He was on top of everything and always followed through. Suncoast Bulidong Contractor Ken Williams arrived at scheduled time. I asked questions and he responded in a manner that I could fully understand. Ken was extremly helpful in analyzing my requirements and describing what he could do and what his cost would be. After a very frank and open discussion he suggested that the work I needed done was best done DYI or by a local, self-employed contractor because of the small amount of work. I rate this contractor as excellent simply for his honesty.

The contractor arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. We were so impressed with him and his co-workers that we actually asked him to give us an estimate on another project in addition to the original one. Which is why it is puzzling and troubling that after calling me to tell me he would have an estimate for us, we never heard from him again. Business must be good for him in these days of economic hardships to be able to turn down two good projects. However, I do wish him well and hope that everything is going well for him.
