Suncoast Floor Cleaning, Inc.

Joe is a super nice guy. My frustration is that after spending hundreds of dollars for him to polish 40 sq ft of marble floor, I had to spend hours cleaning up the floor and all the polish from the walls, the bathtub and had to repair/repaint the trim.

Very satisfied, and the price was very fair.

Excellent experience overall. Great job, fair price and exceptional customer service. Would recommend more prep to protect the house prior to starting.

Friendly,hard working and informative

Really hard worker. Very friendly young lady. I was impressed. Emily A. Bradenton

very friendly and professonial, would use again

They communicated very well and showed up at the time they said they would.

polite and professional. Did an excellent job getting "Crazy Glue" (lots of it) out of my granite countertop. I had tried everything to no avail but Suncoast Floor Cleaning came to my rescue and did a superb job! One would never know any glue was ever spilled! Kudos to Suncoast Floor Cleaning, I will definitely keep their business card!!!

Absolutely friendly. professional and very reasonable. Thanks Joe!! My floors look like new.

Excellent customer service and work. Turned up on time, did a great job, will recommend friends to Joe.

Joe did a splendid job, was courteous, friendly and respectful. His price was reasonable and his arrival punctual.

First to respond, extremely reasonable on the price. EXCELLENT JOB!! Highly recommend and will definitely use again!!!!!

Joe was very nice, punctual, and did a great job. My tile floor and grout looks brand new, which I wasn't sure could even be accomplished. Thank you.

Amazing! On time! Joe was great - explained job (he actually had to do some areas of high traffic twice). At my greatest gratitude, he added on steaming carpet (bedroom) for $25 and area rug for $10. My floor looks wonderful! I now SO ready to finish my interior projects (new paint and couch). Thank you Suncoast for being my #1.

Joe was prompt in scheduling as well as giving an over the phone quote. He arrived on time that day, and gave me an exact time, not a time window of several hours. The carpet cleaning was well done and he took care of a special area that had some issues. Very reasonable pricing, professional and courteous. Will use Suncoast Cleaning in the future.

Highly recommend. Professional and experienced as opposed to others I've had

This is great American srrvice. Joe was great. Will refer him and also will try his power wash window and roof cleaning services. Thx happy holidays

After reading the great reviews on Suncoast Commercial Cleaning, I decided to hire them to clean my carpets. Wow! They turned out better than I hoped. Highly recommended!

Today I hired Suncoast Cleaning again. This time it was for a deep cleaning of my home. Nicole came to my house on time and did an exceptional job. When she arrived, Nicole gave me a deep cleaning checklist to review and verify that the cleaning she was about to do was exactly what I expected. At the end of the day she reviewed the checklist with me and made sure i was happy with everything, which I was. Another great cleaning by Suncoast Cleaning.

Suncoast Cleaning arrived on time and did a great job on my tile and grout floors. They were in rough shape in the kitchen area, but Joe restored them to a beautiful, clean floor I haven't seen in years. After seeing the dramatic change on my hard surfaces, I asked Joe to clean my carpeting upstairs, because who knows what dirt those carpets may have been hiding. After disappointments with other cleaning companies in the past, I wasn't sure what to expect. Joe exceeded my expectations. I give Joe my highest recommendation.

After having many other cleaning services over the years, I was happy to learn that Joe offered this service also. Joe did other work for us, and after dealing with Joe for other cleaning, this was an easy choice for us. We did not even search for other cleaners - it simply doesnt matter what they offer or what they charge. Joe and one of his cleaners, Nicole, were here on time, as always. Nicole deep-cleaned the house and Joe did the windows. My wife talked with Nicole while she worked, and Nicole explained that Joe has detailed cleaning standards and requires all his cleaners to follow the standards. Nicole followed a customized checklist for our home and nothing was overlooked. The job Joe did on the windows was exactly what I have seen and come to expect from Joe - perfection. Joe removed the screens, washed and brushed the tracks, washed the windows and squeegeed them. He dried them to eliminate drips. He then washed and brushed the screens with a soft-bristled brush. Where has his company been all my life? Herman

After the amazing job Suncoast Cleaning did on my carpets I immediately hired them for my Tile and Grout floors. The result was UN-GROUTING-BELIEVABLE!!! Joe got the grout cleaner than I could have ever imagined, even in the kitchen cooking areas. I don't know what else to say about Joe, but he is the best. My wife is so comfortable with him and she has recommended him to her ladies' group all over the neighborhood. Many of them have hired him and they all rave about the work he does. He's there when he says he will be and does high-quality work. You can't go wrong hiring him. Herman

My wife and I searched several companies before making our decision and hired Suncoast Cleaning. From my first communication with Joe I was impressed - what a professional! Joe quite literally saved our carpets and thousands of dollars in replacement carpeting. I have severe allergies, and after purchasing our house I found out that the previous owner had all kinds of animals. I was miserable and thought I was not going to be able to live in my home without ripping everything out that could be a haven for allergens and replacing them. Joe solved my problem. His carpet cleaning was so thorough that I have not had a single allergic reaction since he was here more than a month ago. He eliminated stains that I thought would never come out, and they have stayed gone. He even repaired and stretched our carpet for a fraction of my expected cost. Joe definitely knows his stuff! He is the best carpet/floor cleaner I have ever experienced. Highly recommended! When I found out his company does other cleaning around the home he immediately became my go-to service for all home cleaning. Herman

Joe did the windows himself (he also did my carpets, tile floors, and his team deep cleaned my home). He washed in interiors, exteriors, screens, tracks, and sills. Joe was very careful with my tinted windows and used a special cleanser that is safe for tinting. He used a squeegee and obviously knew what he was doing because there were zero drips, spots or streaks when he finished. The windows were awful before Joe and were crystal clear when he left. He is my only window cleaner from now on.
