Me and my team are reliable, friendly and detailed in what we do. Relocated from Switzerland to Florida 2014 and love it here. Started my own cleaning business September 2019, and have 25 years experience in Residential Cleaning. Cleaning is my passion - it always was. Our focus is quality and our goal is happy customers. Suncoast Top Clean is an amazing service. Karin in particular is absolutely fantastic and truly has a commitment to quality and customer service. My bathroom was by far in horrible shape and in much need of some TLC and by the time she was done it looked better than when I arrived (much like all of the rest of the rooms in the house). I am always hesitant when hiring a professional because I have a large dog and not sure how they will react and treat them. I couldn't be happier to find she got along with them very well as if they had known each other for years. If you're looking for someone that does outstanding work with a high level of attention to detail, wonderful with pets, outstanding customer service, and great value for the money look no further. Suncoast Top Clean is where you should go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

"At the walk-through you asked for an estimate for deep cleaning and bi-weekly cleaning (2127 SF) and I sent the estimates to your email. I estimated between 6-7 hours for 1 cleaner for the deep clean, meaning $210-$245 - and you agreed and confirmed in writing. I needed 7 hours and the cost were $245 like in the agreed estimate. Your wife was so happy with my service that she even hugged me (I got rid of calcium build up in your toilet which your previous cleaner never did)! Then the same with the bi-weekly recurring service. I sent you an estimate between $105-$140 (3-4 hours) which you agreed with in writing as well. I never guaranteed that I can do it for $105."
